Product tour questions

Are these real customer records?

No. These AI-edited app illustrations use fictional business names, sample contacts and demonstration data. Counts and prices are examples, not performance claims.

What does the Leads table show?

Leads → All leads displays contact information, status, summary and activity. The example uses fictional email addresses and phone numbers in the same columns as the app. Leads capture and status updates require Pro or higher.

Can visitors order and speak to a person?

Kiosk on Pro or higher lets visitors browse products and submit orders for manual fulfillment. It does not process payments. Live Chat on Business or higher lets available agents accept handoffs and reply with conversation context.

How do I get working share links and QR codes?

Open your bot’s Overview → Share assets and copy its links or download its QR code. The tour uses example.com links and Demo QR placeholders, not working bot destinations.
