Subprocessors

Last updated: October 21, 2026

These are the companies that store or process personal data for Ask My Bot, for account holders and for the visitors of our customers' bots. Each works under a contract that limits its use of the data to providing its service to us.

  • OpenStreetMap Foundation (Nominatim)

    Purpose
Filling in an address from a location pin: a business's pin in Settings and a customer's delivery location at checkout
    Personal data
The pin's coordinates only, sent from our server (no name, contact, order or account details)
    Location
    United Kingdom

Other services

Address lookup: when a business owner or admin adds a location pin in Settings, our server sends only the pin's coordinates to Nominatim, the OpenStreetMap Foundation's free service (United Kingdom), to fill in the city, area and postal code. It is a public service used under its usage policy, not under a contract with us, so it isn't listed above. No name, account or bot details are sent. See our Privacy Policy.
