You can train from documents, pasted text, images with OCR, and website imports. Business and Scale can also use live API context.

Can I keep my bot private?

Yes. Private bots are available only to signed-in users whose email addresses are allowed by the bot owner.

Can I publish a bot publicly?

Yes. Public bots get a public page and can be embedded on websites with the Ask My Bot widget.

How do answers stay accurate?

Ask My Bot uses retrieval-augmented generation so responses are grounded in your training sources and available live API context.

Which plans include Live API?

Live API is included in Business and Scale plans.

Can I update or delete trained sources?

Yes. You can manage training sources from your dashboard at any time, including removing outdated content.
